I purchased an XL, even though my regular size is L and it was still WAY too small. It fits like a small. They want me to pay $19 to return or exchange it. I will not do business with them again.

We advise you to refer to the size chart to choose your size, and we prefer to recommend you buy a larger size if you like loose. We have shown the size chart on the item page. If the size of the received item is not the same as the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurements on the clothes to our email address support@oxknit.com. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 4cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered two different sweaters and while one was delivered, the other order “couldn’t be delivered.” Upon contacting customer service, I was told I needed to follow up with the delivery service carrier myself and figure the situation out. I asked for a refund or my order to be sent again and was told no, that I needed to work it out with the delivery service. Unbelievable. My order was a Christmas gift for a friend and so I had to find something else and was out the money that I spent. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible to do a customer. It is not the responsibility of the customer to track down a package.

The reason we can't provide further detailed information is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.
We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. They are the actual handlers and will be able to provide more accurate information.
Could you please try to contact them first? If you can't get the parcel after that, we would like to arrange a resend for you, We also mentioned the information on the emails.

Though the sweater arrived after Christmas, I was pleased with the quality and texture of it. I can't wait for Christmas to roll around again!
Quality is ok, came later than they said so I missed it for Christmas.
