Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Lost its shape. Color was more orange than red but i actually liked that more. Image appeared to have a more structured appearance

The photo looks more of a burnt orange, but it’s MUCH brighter in person. I received 6 compliments on my sweater the day I wore it. One was outside my office when a random woman commented on it while heading into a store. It’s outside my usual color scheme as I’m usually a neutral or jewel tone girl, but was shocked at the comments.
This one is a very bold orange, like a safety vest or ife jacket. I thought it was more burnt. But it's still a very good design and otherwise looks ike the picture.
Its shapeless bc its cheaply made. The pocket and buttons are winky. The buttons are too heavy for the cheap knit and sag the pocket is weirdly sized and unattractive and the button hole is too small the whole thing was horribly disappointing i did this as a test for quality bc the styles are so cute but the quality is unwearable im do glad i did not buy mire.
We’re sorry the garment was so disappointing. We use 100% cotton yarn, which gives the knit a soft, flexible feel rather than a rigid structure. However, that should not leave the garment feeling unwearable.

One of my favorite transitional pieces. So cute on. Runs a little large, so I sized down.
This sweater is what pushed me to finally make my first purchase at OxKnit. It was easy to come to the website and just window-shop, but once I saw this octopus sweater, I knew I needed to own it. I am completely delighted with it in person. Its design is crisp and the sweater is well-fitted. True to size if you follow the sizing guide, and the colors are just perfect. Now how will I stay away from the temptation to buy 10 more OxKnit sweaters?
(Sizing reference: I’m usually a size 16/XL and 210lbs. For this sweater I ordered a 2XL.)
I’m loving these short sleeved sweaters!! They ARE fun, fabulous and have personality. If you want to add some life into your wardrobe, order them. True to size. I take a small and it fit perfectly. I have four different ones now.
I love my sweater it’s so beautiful & soft got so many compliments.
I wore this top the first time and had at least 3 compliments the same day. It is comfy and so pretty. I have worn it with green and white pants and a black and white striped skirt.

My daughter loves it. I kinda wish it was mine. Great quality and fit.
I really love this but the length makes it more of a sweater dress (I am 5'8) so I just tucked it under got lots of compliments on it. Wish the body was shorter and it would be a favorite. Good quality and washed well.
It looks nothing like the picture. Its ugly and quality is poor.
