Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.

Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.

Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.

PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.



If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Ordered 3 different sweaters

I ordered three different sweaters that were on sale for the $9.99 and when they arrived it was three of the same type. Be very careful ordering from this group I've read many terrible reviews for but up on experiencing it myself I realised it isn't safe ordering from this site

Never received!

My order said it's been filled and received but I've never received it!
Tried to contact oxknit but you can only email and am still yet waiting to hear back from anyone regarding this issue.

After we tracked your parcel, we noticed that the parcel was delivered. To protect your privacy, we cannot disclose too much of your order information here, the reason we advise to contact your local carrier is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.

We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. They are the actual handlers and will be able to provide more accurate information.

If you can't get the parcel after that, please feel free to contact us via email and we will provide a solution for you.
