Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.

Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.

PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Fits strange and returns are IMPOSSIBLE

BUYER BEWARE... You have to guess at sizing and fit. Returns are on you to send to China... Buy a sweater for 30, return to china for 40 is not a viable return option.

These sweaters look amazing but may not be worth the risk.

If the size of the received item is not the same as the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurements on the clothes to our email address support@oxknit.com. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 4cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.
