Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.

You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on Tops, Briefs.

Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.

Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.

PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.



If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Cute but big

The design is adorable; however, I ordered a small and it definitely fits more like a medium. If I had tried this on at a store I would have passed on it due to the fit. I’m keeping this because returning it seems too complicated.

We advise you to refer to the size chart to choose your size, and we prefer to recommend you buy a larger size if you like loose. We have shown the size chart on the item page. If the size of the received item is not similar as the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurements on the clothes to our email address support@oxknit.com. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 4cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.

Since the pattern of this style is partial Jacquard, it will have these kinds of connecting points and can't be avoided currently, We are sorry for causing this inconvenience. To make you feel better, we would like to arrange a 20% refund on this item to you, will this be acceptable?

We are also working with the factory to see how to improve the craft to hide these connecting points.

Not so great

I ordered a size large based on information and reviews posted on the website. It’s way way too big. I want to exchange it for a smaller size but the exchange/return process is so complicated I gave up.
