Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on Tops, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I did never received my order. It shows as delivered but never got it. Tried to contact both the seller and the carrier and no one even cared to reply back. Terrible customer service, very disappointed

After we tracked your parcel, we noticed that the parcel was delivered. To protect your privacy, we cannot disclose too much of your order information here,the reason we advise to contact your local carrier is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.
We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. They are the actual handlers and will be able to provide more accurate information.

I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely this was in person. Perfect for our 1960’s themed party. Got so many compliments and I will wear it again for everyday wear.
I love this sweater. I always get tons of compliments on it. My cat loves it so much that when I wear it, she gives up her throne and graces me with her presence. If I’m lucky, she’ll give me a head butt or two.

Oxnit wore me down with their sponsored ads of cuteness so I took a chance. Love my sweater! Pleasantly surprised at the texture (not a super soft knit, but pleasant) and quality. It has held up well by machine washing/drying flat, no signs of wear after a few washes. Lots of compliments everywhere I go on the style. Will order another style when they are on sale.
