Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on Tops, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I love my polo top the colors. The way they were coordinated. I love the fit. The conference ofit up it the only thing that I have a problem with it took so long to get, maybe that could be worked me from the Seller. If they can get that correct it I will do more from the website.

They look good on the site, but the fabric is really thick, and it fits sloppy to tell you the truth. The collor never sat well for me. This shirt would be so much better if the fabric was finer and less heavy. You're getting what you pay for at. I've truthfully haven't worn it out once.
Bad quality and long wait time for arrival (3 weeks!) - I will not wear it, ever.
I ordered this shirt in Mid February. It is not April 10th. I still don't have it. Was told it was an issue with their carrier and another would be sent. I still do not have a shipping update. I would not recommend ordering anything from here if you need it within a six week period. I am really disappointed with lack of delivery and the amount of time it takes to get things.
I want to like this shirt but I ordered it in Feb. and it still hasn't shown up. I was told they are sending another several days ago and still haven't gotten a tracking number. It is not April 10. I would not recommend ordering if you remotely need anything you order within a six week period of time. I don't know if I will ever get this shirt.
