③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Arms 5inches short

Just received the sweater and it’s completely unwearable. The arms go mid arm. It’s ridiculous. Ordered per size chart. This is awful. And it conveniently won’t let the photo attach. I refuse to pay cost of return for something like this .

Size Off

The 3x fit like an XL. My first order of a 3x fit perfectly. I sent in an inquiry and was asked more questions than needed rather than getting a replacement or refund. I gave it away. They enjoy it. I'll probably not order again from this company. I wish them the best of luck.
