④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Leopard Polo

Very cool design. Sizing chart was off. I tried to get a replacement. Not sure if it’s coming. The company offered me to pay $20 to replace the item that was the incorrect size. Love the designs, but not sure I will order from this company again.

We advise you to refer to the size chart to choose your size, and we prefer to recommend you buy a larger size if you like loose. We have shown the size chart on the item page. If the size of the received item is not the same as the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurements on the clothes to our email address support@oxknit.com. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 4cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.
