Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Good purchase, poor customer service

The sweatshirt came on time and looked great, but I still haven't gotten an answer back about returning it for a larger size. Please help. My wife likes it but would prefer a larger size. No one has returned my email and it is difficult to find contact information. It seems as if the lack of contact information is intentional.

Fit nicely when received and on first wear. Several compliments. However, washed it once, no dryer. Shrink so much I can’t wear it

Our products are all heat-set after sewing, usually they won't shrink unless high-temperature washed, ironed, or tumble dried.

We recommend hand washing at a temperature below 30 degrees for the first-time wash, but you can also machine wash it, but it’s best to dry it flat, and please don't dry it at high temperatures.
