Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To protect your privacy, we cannot disclose too much of your order information here, the reason we advise to contact your local carrier is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.

We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. I’m so pleased that this shirt came in a 2xl
Cheetahs are my spirt animal even tho people get them mixed up with leopards … great knit light weight quality and coworkers had no choice but to compliment my choice of a collared shirt and slacks would like to see the other men’s cheetahs shirts be made in a bigger size ….. I check every day a couple of times lol!!!! Happy plus size customer!!!
