I only received 2 of the three sweaters I ordered with no refund and no response to my emails reaching out with regards to the issue

Sweaters are great although way oversized. I messaged twice in six weeks and haven’t heard anything in return about exchanging them for a small size. They mentioned that it takes them a while to answer an email but six weeks is too long considering what the return policy is…….
