Please include the following information in the return package :

③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

**Item not as pictured**, bodice is not fitted

Lovely design but baggy through bodice. Returns to China, which is a drag. Luckily a neighbor wanted it and it looks great on her. Won't buy via this website again.

So disappointed

Though the sweater is well made and the materials of good quality, this sweater ran very large. It took forever to reach me, and returning it required money and time, neither of which I had. Now I’m stuck with a sweater I’ll never wear. Be forewarned - products run very large.

DO NOT BUY

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!
Does not look like the picture. it looks like one of those "nailed it" memes. like a child did it. I was so dissapointed. and it cost half of what I paid to send it back. I took it to Goodwill. It would have been embarresed to wear it.
Customer service offered me 5% back (oh, less than 6 dollars! thanks alot) and a coupon. Like I would ever buy from this company again!
