④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The sweater has a cat on it. What’s not to like?

I love this sweater. I always get tons of compliments on it. My cat loves it so much that when I wear it, she gives up her throne and graces me with her presence. If I’m lucky, she’ll give me a head butt or two.
The sizing with Oxknit is a little wonky. Sometimes I order a small and it’s huge. Other times I order a large and it’s too small.

Adorable sweater

I've bought sweaters from Oxkint before in the past and have been very pleased with thier merchandise. I initially bought this one with the kitty cat print to wear at work and people love it, I get compliments on it daily. I highly recommend especially for the price.

Black sweater with kitten

It’s cute but not the style in the picture. I really wanted to like it because I loved the other items that were shown on their site, it took forever to get here.
It’s 3/4 sleeve and shorter in length. Very thin cotton material to the point of being almost see-through. The stitching on it is poor.
I definitely will be hand washing it and air drying it for fear of it shrinking and falling apart.
I won’t be ordering from this site again.
