If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

This is not a typical Oxknit fit

I have many shirts from Oxknit and they are great. This one ended up in the laundry pile as the fit is awful. The hem around the bottom is really loose and causes the shirt to adorn you like a bell shape. It's not snug or cozy, it's floppy and loose.

Item arrived with stain; OXKnit has not responded

I received my vintage green knit cardigan today and as I took it out of the package I noticed a stain over the top left pocket and I am very disappointed because the stain is so noticeable. I cannot were this garment with a stain like this. It took a very long time to arrive now I cannot wear it. I am so disappointed.

I need to get this resolved as I purchased a lot of items from Oxknit.

Disappointed

I like my sweaters a little loose so I ordered a full size larger than my normal size. When I got it, it didn't even come close to fitting which means it's at least two sizes too small. I like the style and quality was fine but the sizing issue is very disappointing. It's unwearable.
