Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on Tops, Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the way the sweater looked on me. I contacted the company for a return and was told that I could either keep it and take 10% off or pay shipping to send it back to China. I am familiar with sending things overseas and knew that was NOT going to be an economical choice. (over $20) I ended up getting 20% off and keeping it. I donated the sweater yesterday. Waste of my money. :(

Oxnit wore me down with their sponsored ads of cuteness so I took a chance. Love my sweater! Pleasantly surprised at the texture (not a super soft knit, but pleasant) and quality. It has held up well by machine washing/drying flat, no signs of wear after a few washes. Lots of compliments everywhere I go on the style. Will order another style when they are on sale.

Nice looking shirt, fits true to size. I did have to use fashion tape to keep the opening closed, it was a bit too low cut for work. I ended up taking it to the tailor to have it sewn closed about halfway up. Overall I like it and got a lot of compliments.
I think that having buyers protection is a great option. It worked for me from this company before and I was much obliged.
