The shirt is nice but the measurements are incorrect. Based on the measurements, I ordered the largest size so it would still have some room. UNFORTUNATELY the shirt didn't fit, I contacted customer service which I never received a reply back. So I reached out to customer service, and they refused a refund. Only offering 30% off $40 which is nothing

We advise you to refer to the size chart to choose your size, and we prefer to recommend you buy a larger size if you like loose. We have shown the size chart on the item page. If the size of the received item is not similar as the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurements on the clothes to our email address support@oxknit.com. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 4cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.
